2. Data Collection & Processing
- On-Device Processing: All AI Calculations For Focus Anchor* And Life Captions* Occur Locally On The Kinetic Air Glasses. We Do Not Stream Or Store Video/Audio Of Your Surroundings To The Cloud.
- Insight* Dashboard: If Opted-In, High-Level Metrics (E.G., Focus Duration) Are Encrypted And Synced To Your Private Dashboard. This Data Is Never Sold To Third Parties.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We Are Strictly Compliant With The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. For Users Under 13, Parental Consent Is Required For Any Data Synchronization. We Do Not Track Or Profile Student Users.
4. Data Security

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Kinetic Air Scholar Series or accessing the Investor Vault, you agree to be bound by these "Jewel Grade" standards of conduct and legal compliance.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
All hardware designs, software algorithms (including Focus Anchor™), and branding are the exclusive property of ClarityLens Global, Inc. * No Reverse Engineering: Users and partners are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or replicate our proprietary hardware or AI frameworks.
3. Academic Integrity Protocol (AIP)
Our devices are equipped with a mandatory Academic Integrity Protocol. Users agree not to attempt to bypass the AI "kill-switch" during examinations. ClarityLens Global is not liable for academic disciplinary actions resulting from the misuse of the device.
4. Liability Limitations
ClarityLens Global provides assistive technology "as is." While our Adaptive Vision suite aids those with cataracts and low vision, it is not a replacement for medical surgery or professional optical care. We are not liable for environmental accidents occurring during use.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Jacksonville, FL.
